RIDING PROGRAMS AND RATES

Alianthos Crete Horse Riding invites you to enjoy peaceful horse and donkey riding amongst the small hills and olive groves as well as the beautiful beaches of Plakias, in the south coast of Crete.


HORSE RIDING PROGRAMS

The guided tours start in the early morning and in the early evening hours, and our selection includes the following routes:


RATES

  • 20 € PER PERSON, FOR 1 HOUR RIDING
  • AN ADDITIONAL 5 € PER PERSON, FOR EACH 30 MIN. EXTRA RIDING



DONKEY RIDING PROGRAMS

The donkey riding programs can be guided, or non-guided.

GUIDED TOURS

In the guided tours, our guests ride the donkeys, and our personnel lead the riding group on foot, following a short route around the Damnoni area. This takes about 15 minutes.

RATES

  • 10 € PER PERSON

NON- GUIDED TOURS

The non-guided tours is ideal for children!

In these tours, the parents will lead the donkey while the children ride. Another possibility for not too heavy adults, is to ride the donkeys themselves. It goes without saying that these adults need to have a little riding experience. Our personnel will give you a route description and some tips how to handle a donkey.

RATES

  • 15 € PER PERSON, FOR 1 HOUR RIDING
  • 25 € PER PERSON, FOR 2 HOURS RIDING
  • 35 € PER PERSON, FOR 3 HOURS RIDING

SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN

Especially for children we have a little program in the summer, which consists of a ride on a pony or a donkey, and a visit in the minizoo of our farm.

The children program starts at 10.30 AM and includes:

  • Pony and donkey riding, in the round pen (arena) of the Alianthos Stables in Damnoni.
  • A visit in the mini-zoo
  • Refreshment
