Exploring the countryside towards Mariou village.
Description
This trip starts from the Horse Riding Center towards “Mariou”, a traditional small village located at the hillside overlooking Damnoni Beach. Riders will experience the Cretan terrain and landscape. They will come across herds of sheep, meadows with wild flowers and olive groves until they reach the village. The views are spectacular. On arriving in Mariou the riders will have the opportunity to explore the village or visit a traditional Kafeneion (coffee shop) to get some rest. Returning to the Horse Riding Center offers equally stunning views to the east coast and mountains.
