Explore the west countryside by riding your donkey through the olive groves & beautiful paths all the way to the Old Mill.
Description
Heading north west towards the “Old Water Mill”, , near the village of Myrthios, riders will follow the old water channel, through beautiful paths with luxuriant vegetation & they will be able to experience the striking Cretan countryside in a leisurely way: herds of sheep, meadows with wild flowers, olive groves & small river channels. They will then arrive at the 16th century Water Mill, which was still producing the wheat harvest for the whole area until only a few decades ago. Returning to the Horse Riding Center riders will enjoy a panoramic view of Plakias Bay and the surrounding mountains.
